By accessing and using the Carolina Tag website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Carolina Tag provides custom tag printing services including:

• Custom printed tags in various sizes and materials (Paper, Plastic, Tyvek)
• Tag finishing services
• Optional attachments and special features

3. Orders and Pricing

Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of your order will be honored.

Payment: Payment is due upon order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Artwork and Files

File Requirements: Artwork must be provided in PDF format. We are not responsible for printing errors resulting from improperly prepared files.

Proofs: Digital proofs will be provided for approval before printing begins. Customer approval of proofs releases Carolina Tag from responsibility for errors approved by the customer.

Copyright: You warrant that you own or have the right to use all artwork provided to us. You agree to indemnify Carolina Tag against any claims arising from copyright infringement.

5. Production and Delivery

Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround time is stated at time of order. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order specifications. Free shipping offers apply to standard ground shipping in the continental US.

Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Quality and Returns

Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Returns: Custom printed products are made to order and are generally not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Overs/Unders: Industry standard allows for a +/- 10% variance in quantity on all orders.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Carolina Tag and protected by copyright law.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
